There are currently 160 challenges incorporated into 8 Missions. These are some of the challenges from Mission 1 & 2.

Mission 1

Active tasks include:

  • do a post meal walk
  • balance on one leg
  • handball, swapping hands
  • throw a 3 kilogram weight
  • set up a standing desk
  • measure respiratory rate

Fuel tasks include:

  • try 10 different fruits over 4 days
  • keep a hydration diary

Brain tasks include:

  • make a healthy vision board
  • tie a figure 8 knot

Mission 2

Active tasks include:

  • go backward 100 metres on 4 separate days
  • learn a 10 minute warm up routine
  • iHunch, forward head protrusion exercises
  • 500 stairs
  • floor climbing game
  • ‘run, jog, or wheelchair 2 km

Fuel tasks include:

  • try 10 different vegetables over 4 days
  • learn how to collect water from trees

Brain tasks include:

  • bouncing two balls at once
  • learning a body percussion routine
